online without credit card

is there a way for me to buy(ps2 games) online without using a credit card or paypal.

i'd realy like it if it was like the payment upon pickup option on ebay.com,however i can't find a single seller that gives that option,i'd realy like it if i could buy online by paying in cash before or as soon as the games arrive.

why don't you buy ps2 games nearest from your house

Not sure if you can. Paypal and especially ebay require a credit card so if you get ripped off you can get your cash back. Pay pal offers refunds on money for any defective or not even sent mail orders and purchases. That's why they require credit cards. It's easy to track and get refunds off of, and if someone steals your numbers you're covered if your card gets spent on.

but i don't neccesserally need to buy from ebay,i want a place that uses it's defult payment through billing by cash from the house of the buyer, my father won't allow me to use his credit card for online shopping, and i want to use my own allowance money.

one more question.

i know this sounds stupid but,can i buy things online that cost dollars using egyptian pounds.

oh,well you see,i don't have a cd writer/dvd writer hardware so even if i got the iso,i can't put it in the cd.

and i know that a ps2 emulator is legal as long as i have a ps2,but it's so extremly slow on my computer(my coimputer is 2.0 ghz,2003 mhz to be exact)

well thanks for the help MKRayden,i hate to have to kinda "steal" using bittorrent,but i guess it's the only way to play games that are no longer in stores.
