Well, the scan appears to be pretty bad, lines are very light. It´s not bad though. His ear, nose and jaw should have smoother lines. Forehead should go on a little higher, and hair doesn´t look 100% right. From what I can see, I don´t know what else to say.

Well, eyes might be slightly too small, but other than that, I don´t see anything notable. As what it is, a drawing of an existing picture, it´s nice. I´m not so good in critisizing these, as I don´t enjoy them in the first place. I enjoy original art more, both in looking at and drawing myself.
