so which side fared better?
For those of you that have beaten the game so far. Which side do you think fared better. The Mortal kombat or DC side. Both sides had characters suffer humiliating losses. For example; joker beating sonya, kano, batman, etc. Scorpion, Sub Zero losing to Lex. Captain marvel, Green Lantern losing to sonya. Liu kang being whipped around by shang tsung, batman, etc. I think DC and Mortal kombat's main hero got the worse end of the stick. Opinions...

please tim drake state your reasons. My reasons are DC had 5 heavy hitters while Mortal kombat only had 1.

hey
DC having those heavy hitters really did contribute. One of the reasons I found DC had the edge is because when some of the DC characters did get beat they would win in the rematch. Jax/Luthor and Sonya/Green Lantern. Then Captain Marvel took down a load of dudes, two heavy hitters being Raiden and Scorpion.
Then you also have Lex and Joker who both barely lost any fights, mainly to the DC side. I still felt Baraka should of had more screen time, lol. |

forget those fights they were ****ed up... any fight where joker who is an ordenery guy without any fighting skills is beating top martial artists is just a joke , liu kang is the champion of mortal kombat he is suppose to be the greatest fighter of the entire earth realm since only the best fighters from all over the world were invited to mortal kombat so he is the champion of the entire world and he lost to batman?, and scorpion who is a deadly ninja spectre lost to batman as well? wtf? the greatest fighters in there realm lose to a guy in a bat suit? but wait there is more even raiden lost to batman i mean now the god of thunder lose to the guy in the bat suit.... geee i wonder if the movie "the dark knight" had any part in this

I agree, the fights were badly handled especially scorpion, raiden, liu kang. Liu kang is the best in the MK universe since he beaten people from the other 4 realms. DC has special clauses when batman is put in a fight, he has to win.  Ed Boon had his hands tied in a sense.
