Well over here on local telly there was a few show's that showed cartoons Agro, Cheese TV and What's Up Doc?.
I liked watching Looney Tunes, Beast Wars Transformers, Dragon Ball Z, Pokemon, Sailor Moon, Sakura Card Captors, Beyblades, Yu-Gi-Oh and others I'll try and remember them if I can.

Hmm, stuff like The Moomins ("Muumit" in finnish, well known serie in nordic countries), Woody Woodpecker, Ginga: Nagareboshi Gin (It was translated to "Hopeanuoli" here in finland, which translates to "silver arrow" in english), The Simpsons and Pokemon. Nowadays, especially Woody and Pokemon annoys the shit out of me... -__-
