Ed Boon has posted an image on [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]that resembles one fighter finishing another. Given the appearence of this, it is likely this is a reference to Aquaman.

It is not certain if Aquaman will actually be in [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

Lol I've seen pictures like this before. They're often very rough sketches of possibilites and are not made to be, well, detailied so to speak.

I think it could also be Rain, as he often uses the water element himself. But he has a hook and rain doesn't...does aquaman have a hook? I don't think I've seen or heard of him..unless I've forgotten about him lol.
