Kung Lao's Buzzsaw fatality from SM. I can't imagine a more painful way to end.
Imagine yourself being at the ground. Kung Lao spins his hat, throws it on the ground, drags you by the legs into the blade slicing you into half from the balls to the head. Most of you said Quan Chi's leg beat from MK4. I agree but this one is more painful.

Quan Chi had an upperhand in MK4, he didn't stop hitting. But Havik in MKD was also painfully disgusting and any ultimate fatality in MKA. I mean you don't stop until the man has no more arms and spine! CLASSIC MK?
