Kill to win. Is it time for this?

Time Killers and some other fighting games (I think Weaponlord applied this tactic) had characters that killed to win the match. Is it time that the developers make the only way to win a match is to wear an opponent down two bars so they can get a fatality icon and perform a fatality to win and end the match?

I'm not sure what you mean. But MK has always been about beating your opponent 2 rounds and then perform a fatality. If you mean, not having the choice but to kill your opponent in the end, well i'm still better with having the choice to spare them if i want to.

What I am saying if you have to fulfill a certain criteria to allow you to perform a fatality move but to win the match. In essence the fatality is a super move after not unlike what you see in Killer Instinct with the Ultra Combo (aka the Brutality) or the Danger Move/No Mercy move (the Fatality). However I consider that it may not be necessary to have the criteria soley be draining 2 power bars to win a match however would not be like filling bars to use the X-ray move. Think MK Deception's mini quests in Konquest. It's all about the sKillz buddy.
