I listen to all types of music, like World, Punk, Classical, some 80's pop (To me it's "BETTER" than that teenage pop music that ruined the entire music industry and was around from 1997-Sept 11/01), r&b, etc.

But my personal favourites are Metal (My personal fav, mainly Thrash/Speed), Grunge (But that genre's a mix of rock, metal, alternative, and punk), Rock, Alternative, and all the New Wave Of British Heavy Metal bands, etc. Basically any music that's hard I like.

I listen to Ragtime, Stride, Novelty, Early Jazz, Swing, and Big Band music. This is music from about 1890 to about 1929. Everything after that, is stupid. Anything that uses emulated instruments, is not music. All music of today falls in that catagory.

Oh yeah, I'm a real musician. Pianist and composer.

*emulated instruments are instruments that -sound- like another instruments. Best examples, electric "guitar," electric "bass," and electric "piano."

Wow then you must really hate Techno, cuz all that is is emulated music. Most of it isn't even done with instruments.

Hey, if you like noise, be my guest. I prefer music. I'm not putting down people who, strangely, like techno. I'm putting down the noise, which you call techno. You are free to listen to all the noise you want.

Yes I will continue to listen to noise as you call it. Which also happens to be called music. The beauty is in the eyes of the beholder.
