Despite the original actor for Vega in the first Street Fighter probably did fit, if you watch it Taboo makes Vega more vicious as Bison makes him kill the other members of his organization and the quote he says in the movie matches the generation of today. basically most of the actors in Street Fighter Legends of Chun-Li are from America, yeah there might have been a better actor hence then Taboo, but Taboo is actually latino as well as Fergie from Black Eyed Peas, Will I Am and Apu are from Indonesia/African heritage.
