well i can do it..just on easy mode though..on mk9. as for mk trilogy or mk2 or mk3....i can't do it...i have tried every fighter. i've tried multiple stradigies...NOTHING!!! he is unstopable on the classic games

If you want to beat him for the first time on a different mode i'd suggest what i did the first time i won a fight against him: Stayed in my corner and just used projectiles and tried to dodge his. i had to start a little slow with my combos since he doesn't take a lot of damage and i think this time the uppercut won't work as easy as in MK3 when he uses his charging moves but i'm old school. The good old teleports work like a charm.;)

I beat Shao Kahn in the classics with Lui Kang, Sub-Zero and Scorpion alone ja i might have to continue about once or twice but he was simple when i ended up winning.
I kept using Lui's fireball, fly kick and bicycle kick. Sub-Zero's freeze abilities and slide attack. Scorpions teleport punch, spear and uppercut worked on him.

That is why he's always been perceived as hard or cheap or whatever you want to call him. The thing is you'll never really do big damage on Kahn unless you pull off the X-Ray. But spamming special moves like projectiles would get you through it trust me. He loses health even when blocking i think, even though it's still less than when he's not. As long as you're not turtling too much when being the agressor or inputting combos you should do fine.

Mk2,MK3 and Mktrilogy shao khan is hard to beat with every characters whereas beating mk9 shao kahn tricks is easy and simple with all characters.
