So glad this topic is here because I've been urking to get it but haven't done it yet because I remember playing Mortal Kombat DA on Gameboy and didn't like it. Then again now that GB's have lights on the screen it may be better.

If you're in need of a decent DS fighting game that's online, UMK would be the one to get. Though you might want to be careful, since it's actually faster than the original game/XBL version.

IMO the UMK3 on DS is better then UMK3 on XBL arcade, dont get me wrong both versions are excellent,but the DS one seems smoother,crisp visuals and responsive controls, not saying the live version hasnt got good graphics,they have the same visuals but when its on a big screen the visuals start to pixalate whereas the DS retains that problem due to the smaller screen,in any case,the main reason i like the DS version is that i can play MK where ever i may roam,even tho i play the Live version more often.
