Yes i did... Ofcourse im not a Beginner you know... I know how to make stuff lol.. I used 6 layers on it... and like 6 brushes etc.. Arcane Brushes like that and lightning and Glowing Brushes..

Look i havent Perfected the Cutting out thing which alot of people should tell me do.. I usually use a Soft Brush Eraser...

- Ehmm.. Nice work dude.. I am really impressed by this..! I will rate you with 9/10 .. I had to cut out 1 point outta ten cus u know its Standard protocal :P .. i gave it a 9 instead of 7 cus i like Halo ... -
