The official Lin Kuei trailer for Mortal Kombat 1 showcased gameplay of Rain, Smoke, Scorpion, and Cage, along with appearances of new characters Cyrax, Sektor, and Frost.

The gameplay trailer for MK12 has been released. In the trailer, we get to see Sub-zero, Scorpion, Kung Lao, Kenshi, Cage, Raiden, Kitana, and Mileena. Additionally, Kameo characters such as Jax, Goro, Stryker, and Kano are also featured. The trailer showcases the story mode, cutscenes, and game mechanics like breakers, special moves, aerial combat, and X-rays.

It seems like the roster will have a significant number of characters. One surprising aspect of the MK12 gameplay is that Sub-zero's appearance is shown before Scorpion's, which is quite astonishing.
If we talk about graphics, there is a need for improvement. Some fans are even saying on social media that there are glimpses of Injustice-like graphics in the game. However, it is possible that any comments made before the release may be premature, and the graphics development is still in progress.

NetherRealm Studios has announced a "Kommunity Chat" for that game, which will take place on May 19th at 10 a.m. PT. The Kommunity Chat will feature Mortal Kombat co-creator Ed Boon, as well as community manager Tyler Lansdown. The chat will apparently be a brief one,

The Mortal Kombat 1 official trailer announcement features characters Liu Kang, Kung Lao, Raiden, Mileena, Kitana, Scorpion, Sub-Zero, and Shang Tsung. In the trailer, the god Liu Kang creates his new world, and Shang Tsung has defeated Scorpion, Sub-Zero, Mileena, Kitana, and Kung Lao. Then, Liu Kang defeats him, turning him green and performing a fatality.
