My idea is another Vs. game. This one takes place in Castlevania. I think it can work and I have a storyline to prove it.

Mortal Kombat side PL=playable UL=Unlockable

1 Lui Kang G (still undead) PL (can communicate to others via his disembodied spirit.)
2 Meat G (a bloody skeleton/zombie) UL (looking for flesh to become human)
3 Johnny Cage G (said to be killed off) UL (may be trapped in Netherealm or the Abyss looking for his body to be resurrected and he smells....a Moooovieeeee!!!)
4 Reptile (becomes Onaga) E UL (develops a strong hatred to the Dracula family and its Dragon lineage)
5 Scorpion (Fire Elemental) G PL (hunting for Quan Chi, may offer services to Death who may actually be helping Quan Chi or is he?) Spear of Destiny
6 Subzero (ice elemental) G PL (looking for Noob Saibot & must find him before Gabriel does."Gabriel in game only as a cameo")
7 Raiden (lightning Elemental) G UL (trapped and forced to use lighting to power up Dracula via Frankenstein and Onaga's army)

is from Castlevania lore and the One Being from Deception was........who was the One Being anyway?)

Of course, this is extremely tough to make, but you (or someone who knows how to) could make something like a trailer to the Kastlevania game.

Try contacting some people on other sites (if nobody here turns up), probably somebody that has time and experience in Flash could help you.

Dude! Where do you get so many ideas?! I am not a huge fan of many games but these two particular franchises I love. It's about possibilities.
The answer is this game works that is why there are so many ideas. All you have to do is read between the lines. What don't you see in a Mortal Kombat game that could have been done. It's just like a Seinfeld episode all these things just happen to piece together well. In as such this is a rare opportunity for things to come together. This game can does and will work if given a chance. God I love it when a plan comes together. I just hope if the game was made they would do it with the darkest tone possible. Something in the vein of Heavy Metal Art or something similar.

The video is very well done and I will pursue this particular maker as the idea of a flash (no pun intended) movie is a fun vehicle not only for expression of the idea but also to get it noticed hopefully. Most likely I will just put out an idea with character mug shots panning in and out with the logos of both franchises fading in and out.

One last thing for this reply. I would like for the only way to win a match be you must do a fatality on your opponent ala something like you see in MKSM.

I would love to see such a dark and sinister game, but it's just not the thing that would attract the customers, if you know what I mean.

I honestly think the only way this becomes a game is if it was a fan game.

I have not been too impressed with the Mugen games I have seen that have had Castlevania characters in them. I have lost interest in the whole 2-D fighter scene. Maybe Mugen could work. I need to find the flash movie maker who will do this game.

I like the idea, only 2 things two note:
1) There are a lot of characters, you saw what happened to Armageddon that they had to make universal commands named Custom Fatalities becuz there were too much characters to make unique fatalities for each
2)The name could be something like Mortal Kombat vs Castlevania : Kronikles of Death
