What MK Stuff do you own? (Other than the games)

Aside from games, the only other MK stuff that I own is the Mortal Kombat: The Journey Begins video, The MK Armageddon strategy guide, and (You won't believe this) but I got the MK: Shaolin Monks strategy guide for the total cost of.........a penny at the Eaton Centre's Electronic Boutique on March 20th/07.

You see I was looking for this cause at the time (I got the game in Jan/07) I was having a hard time w/Smoke Mission #3 so I was going around trying to find this guide for help. I eventually passed it without the guide, but in Mar, I saw this at the Eaton Centre and decided to pick it up for fun and after looking at it I realized I forgot some concept art koins.

So I go to Tyler (The cashier) and was about to give him $30 to get some change back and Tyler was just shocked when he saw this and then started looking at it for a second and then says to me "Well, it's your lucky day. Just give me a penny". Then I go "You're kidding, right", and he goes "No". He told me that "Once a game's over a year old, the guides are sent back to the company that made them as their value's down. We must have forgotten one, but oh well".

Thank god the only other customer in the store was a woman who was behind me (This was around 10:30 in the morning). If it was a guy behind me, I would have probably been killed or something like that.

For the record (And this is just my opinion cause I still look at it in a store I know that stills sells it), I would pick up the MK Deception strategy guide (But w/Brady Games strategy guides, they're either a hit or miss), but the information in that guide has "No information" when it comes to the Krypt, it ONLY mentions the locations of everything in the Earthrealm Village of Konquest mode and nothing else in the other realms of Konquest mode, it only lists 13 fatalities & 2 hara-kiri's, the writing's really small, they put some stupid kodex code thingy to keep people guessing, and Liu Kang's labelled "Mystery", etc. The only good about it is the pics. If I saw it for like a penny, then I would pick it up, but it's not worth picking up for $21.99.

I bought them DVD's from a rental store, they know i'm big into MK so they gave it to me for 10$ a DVD so that was one of my top 10 best moments ever
