SoulCalibur V, the latest addition to Namco Bandai’s popular fighting series, may be coming to the 3DS. According to website Nintendo Life, a retail insider revealed that the game is currently listed for pre-order at an unknown chain. However, Namco Bandai has yet to confirm the game’s existence.
If the rumor turns out to be true, it would not be the first time that the SoulCalibur series has appeared on a Nintendo system. In 2003, SoulCalibur II was released on the GameCube, with Link as a playable character. Additionally, Namco Bandai released Soulcalibur Legends in 2007, a less than stellar, Wii-only spinoff. |

Assuming the game is any good, that's good news for Nintendo players. I remember how happy i was to learn that the franchise was coming on gamecube at the time of SC2.
