I'm not sure if Psylocke is a ninja, I know when she was fighting a thief or someone in her original body she wasn't a ninja she uses some type of psychic ability, the enemy switched bodys with hers cos they both were fighting on the Astral Plane. That's all I know, I'm going off by her costume that Psylocke is wearing and the moves she can do which I think kind of reflects similar qualities to a ninja.

Kasumi is a character from DOA (Dead Or Alive) series, she is in DOA3. Kasumi is a princess of a ninja clan or something her brother is Hayate who fought in the tournament. Kasumi fights in the tournament and becomes a runaway shinobi Ayane confronts her in DOA3 if you play either character.
In the movie DOA Hayate participated in a tournament before and has gone missing (by the end Donovan was the one who wanted Hayate) Kasumi participates in the tournament to find out what happened to Hayate, as Kasumi starts leaving Hayabusa confronts her saying if you go you will become a runaway shinobi, Ayane confronts Kasumi when she is surrounded by her clan of ninjas Ayane says if you live I am bound to hurt you.
