There is no such nature of a Sprite as it has many meanings so you might need to clarify yourself.

I guess you didn't see the lycan hidding in the midst of the shadows and as the lycan would protect me they inflict it upon their body. The spear as no affect as it isn't its weakness. The lycans continue their attack and uppercut you up upon the skies and fall flat against a screen of technology.
