Oh sorry. Yes I got all of them. You get all the colors on the alternate costumes regardless if you have all colors on your original ones. Maybe you already knew that?

Now I have gotten the trophies for finishing time battles and for unlocking all personal actions.

Well kano i done normal and hard time attack and survival and even unlock all colors adn personal action but alt costume still not unlock

I have heard that you can unlock nearly all the characters except Akuma and his new rival by going through easier difficulty with one round.

Wrong. You can unlock ALL charachters on any difficulty. Some trophies/achievements can only be done on higher difficulties though.
