I have GTA 4 for PC.
It is good, but the only problem is, that it requires almost the best PC settings(video card, processor...) it plays slow for me...

My suggestion is buy console because it's cheap and all type of game works fine where PC game requirement are high and every game is own requirement and after 1 later new requirement become more high then again person upgrade his/her system and play new game.
