NetherRealm Studios have announced
Mortal Kombat: Onslaught, a new mobile RPG coming next year, where you have to participate in "massive real-time group battles."
While we won't see
Mortal Kombat 12 for a little longer, according to Ed Boon,
Mortal Kombat: Onslaught, a new role-playing spin-off featuring "the first mobile-exclusive story experience and console-quality cinematics," is a follow-up to 2015's
Mortal Kombat Mobile, and will launch globally on iOS and Android devices sometime in
2023.
