some of the characters in mkt should be able to use wepons because they show them when they beat you thats why you should be able tto use weapons in the classic mkgames:D

Um... everyone that shows off their weapons after winning actually uses their weapon. Exactly who are you referring to that don't?

I don't think there is anyone who doesn't use there weapons if they aren't shown as there winning pose, even guys like Stryker, Sub-Zero, Smoke, Scorpion, and that's about all I can remember that don't show there weapon when they win use them.
