Post Sub-Zero and Scorpion in OPM PlayStation Icon Fan Vote
Official PlayStation Magazine UK is looking to fans to decide The Greatest PlayStation Icon of All-Time!

Fans can vote for three options on the nominations list, which includes an assortment of pre-selected iconic characters from four generations of PlayStation consoles! Voting ends November 24th, with results to be published in January's Official PlayStation Magazine #106 (UK) as part of a special feature.


Scorpion & Sub-Zero are up against some stiff competition! Third options include: Crash Bandicoot, Lara Croft (Tomb Raider), Kratos (God of War), Sweet Tooth (Twisted Metal), Solid Snake (Metal Gear Solid).

My pick has to be Jill Valentine. RE changed the face of gaming, becoming a stamp of Horror in every aspect and yet Jill has to be one that changed the perception of females in entertainment.

Batman is easily the biggest chars out in this list, and my fav but that he would survive and make it in the gaming generations was a given.

I was really strict and I counted the first or only PS appearance. So I voted for Sephiroth (FFVII; all-time fave Final Fantasy villain FTW :D ), Nathan Drake (Uncharted series) and Raiden (the cyborg ninja of Metal Gear series, not MK's thunder god)

^^ I wonder why such a big public vote for gaming, keeps the general public from witnessing the results! Solid Snake, with all due respect isn't my pick but it seems he had a lot of hardcore supporters.
