I know a glitch!
Step 1: Go to KAK
Step 2: Go to gender then run the cursor over the opposite gender. (Don't choose it)
Step 3: Get out of gender, It should still be the opposite gender.
Step 4: Go straight to attributes (Where you make the nose bigger or smaller etc.)
Step 5: LOL
