Bad/Good thing? Or just simply obvious to the fact? Naturally the popular ones are what help keep the games going but april, REALLY?! AHH!!! 2 months then??? Seriously?? bad thing when said charectar isn't important.

sonya's relivancy to the mk storyline is chasing some thug named kano or trying to stop second rate criminals such as sektor.

it's not as important as threatening to control the realms(shao kahn),killing the main hero(deadly alliance) or being the most powerfull current main threat that was able to kill the former villians and thunder god(onaga)

nor is it as important as defeating the main threats of earthrealm for 4 tournaments(liu kang),defeating the mighty dragon that looked like he was invincible(shujinko) or winning in the huge pyramid tournament that decides the fate of the whole mk universe (taven).

her story is basicly going after a few law breaking criminals,not stopping the main big threats.

if it was a diffrent game,then i would like her to be in it since it'll have space for her,but mk9 will mostly have new charectars,so i'll get hated for saying this,but sonya is a waste of space for the old mk charectars,we can't have that many charectars and we need to put the importantly relevant old charectars (liu kang,shao kahn,shujinko,onaga,taven,shang tsung,quan chi and shinnok),since we can't put that many old charectars since the new charectars will take space.

we can't increase the number of charectars to include all the popular ones either,i want to avoid another mka

That's true, but so does Jax, and lui and Kung Lao do the same thing. In fact, they all do. However, the main ones, no matter how repetative their roles, are all important contributions to the game because it's their drive that keeps them involved in the world of mortal kombat :) no turning back now. But good point indeed :) But without those small roles mk wouldn't be mk :) in fact, johnny plays an even smaller role, he just likes to be involved xD

are you serious dude? they have ONE character that we know thats going to be in it and already your having a whinge? of course there is going to be atleast 5-6 popular characters in it,what do you think scorpion,subzero and raiden are?
