Why can't they give Superman a new look, im getting bored of the old Underwear Outside/Cape Wearing Superman

I actually still like the look. It's original, but then again, how would you design him anyway? It would be like changing batman, the hulk or even spiderman..although the underwear is getting old.

He's going to fight in Mortal Kombat; he could at least lose the cape. When I fight him, the only place he'll be flying is right into the ground.

Yes I agree with you , it would be great if he whas darker like raiden....
