Umk3 on ds
ok so i am in the proses of moving so i got my hand helds going.. my ds and my psp and i was playing my umk3 on the ds and i have a sort of wtf statement to make and kinda a question....

WHY IN GODS NAME IS JADE SO FREAKING HARD TO BEAT IN THIS GAME!...its not impossable to beat her but my god it isn't easy....

is it just me or am i just that lame at this game?

Cpu jade is very hard to beat in umk3 for me too

She's just as hard on the DS.
I don't know how you lead most of your kombos but remember not to start them off with a jump attack. Generaly I pick Sheeva to counter Jade\Kitana\Mileena because she's one of the few (only?) kombatants who can still use jump attacks to lead into kombos.
But yeah, I've always had a hard time against the CPU's Jade.

That is true about Sheeva. A lot of characters were limited in that aspect.

Jade is easy if you know her pattern, for example, I use Scorpion, but against Jade I never use the spear, why? she'll enter invincibility mode and enter into a long ass kombo, what I do is wait and block everything until she does the Cage wannabe shadow kick, there you got enough time to uppercut her, and continue doing that until you defeat her, hope that works :D

She definately is challenging. I havent even played Ultimate MK3/Trilogy for a while now but when I first started, I wondered how the hell it was even possible to beat CPU's on extra hard...considering they have immediate reflexes and patterns to decipher counter attacks. Us humans dont have as quick reflexes, but I guess once you learn how to counter her offensive moves, things get easier.

I personally always wondered how to counter the CPU's throws in MKII on very hard...its kind of impossible and inconvenient.
