I'm not sure which to vote on...no-sale company, and keep midway as is will gaurantee, or high chances of the continuation of the mortal kombat franchise. However, I don't see them getting out of this on their own either, so I hope SOMEONE will continue mk..

Well I wouldn't assume so until they're officially bought, other wise they're still technically Midway, the name is just up for grabs until it's made official who now owns the company. Because they're still in discussion, although the company is being sold nothing is confirmed yet so they're still Midway for the time being =)
