My Guess at how strong everyone is

I Decided to try to find out how strong every MK Character is. I Looked at Wikipedia, MK Warehouse, Opening Video's, Komic Books (only the ones John Tobias wrote), and of course, the games themselves. This is not 100% accurate (I did have to simply guess at some people). Anyways, here is my List:

NOTE: Some of this IS guesswork, but if you question how I came to these results, just ask.
If there is a *, I was not that sure, but i made an educated guess.
If there is a ?, I had no idea were to put them, and placed them where I thought they would be. Also what order I put them in (ex. Liu Kang, Taven, Shujinko) Does not matter. If they are in the same Class, They are around the same strength.

How many reasons shall I give? At least put Jax to the Incredibly Strong. He got through hundreds of Black Dragon members all by himself right? (MKSF) And both his MKD bio video and MK3 ending say that he is the strongest man of Earth.[/quote]

Highest I'm putting Jax up is Powerful. He's Strong I'll give him that, But he was Slaughtered by a Tarkatan Horde. He's going up to Powerful.

If anyone can help make the list more accurate, that would be appreciated. I dont want anyone yelling at me because their character has a low rating, Just give a good explanation of why they should be higher up on the list.

where as they re just powerful character
